The Waverly/South Shore School will be holding 3 to 5 year old Developmental Screening on Thursday, October 13, 2016, from 8:30 am until 3:00 pm for all children living in the Waverly/South Shore School District or open enrolled to the district. The screening will be held in Waverly at the former St. Joseph’s Church. Children who will be entering kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1, 2017, and children entering preschool must be 4 years old by September 1, 2017. Three year olds must be 3 years of age by the date of screening. Personnel from the Northeast Educational Cooperative and the Waverly/South Shore School will be administering the screenings.
All parents of children ages 3 to 5 (not currently enrolled in Kindergarten) are asked to please call Staci Buchholz at Waverly/South Shore School, 886-9174 to schedule an appointment.
Note: There will NOT be another screening date in the spring so please make plans to attend October 13th.
